Private Residential Project 1: Regents Park NW1

• Brands installed – Crestron Control System (In-wall, remote & Apple iPad/iPod Control), Loewe, Pioneer & Samsung HD LCD/ plasma TV screens, Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling/ in-cabinet speakers, Rotel multi-room power amplifiers, Extron audio & video distribution switching and a mixture of source equipment from – Apple iPod docks, Apple TV music server, Sky HD receivers to Denon Bluray High definition DVD players & surround sound amplifiers. Business class wired/wireless networking & telephone systems.

Midnight were contracted by the developer to fully fit-out this luxury, Grade 1 listed, 6-bedroom property with end-user entertainment systems. We worked alongside the interior designer, to expand and integrate the base-build system's, also fitted by us. Each house within the development has its own unique feel achieved by the interior designer. The goal was to provide a system which an end-user could move into and start enjoying from day-one.

The result was a remarkably easy-to-use system where the end-user can quickly choose to control the lighting, temperature, and audio visual systems with minimal fuss. A whole-house entertainment system was installed, which allowed for high definition music and movies to be distributed throughout the home. The choice of entertainment, paired with the simplicity of the buildings environmental control, create a fantastic fusion of cutting edge technology with decadent period features.
