• Brands installed – Crestron control system, Lutron lighting, bespoke entry system, Panasonic PABX telephone system, NSI NACOSS approved intruder alarm system.
• Custom integration of audio visual, security systems, HVAC, lighting, audio/video entry and IT/communications systems.

Midnight were recently employed by the developer to provide our full services for specialist communications system's including, consultation, design & full pre-wire for all eight of the houses under development, including base build systems for the following: – CCTV, security intruder alarm including monitoring, video door entry, telephone/communications, Lutron intelligent lighting & curtain/blind control, TV/Satellite systems & a high definition media entertainment pre-wire. These systems were designed and integrated with a Crestron home technology solution; along with the M&E contractors heating/cooling systems for the individual rooms. This provides a single means of interface and control for the end user, with the scope to tailor these systems further once they have moved in. Since completion, many of these systems have now been upgraded and tailored towards the client's individual needs.
